Briar's Born!

After a rough pregnancy, and a long (96 hour) labor, Briar was born!  She came into the world on December 14 (her due date) at 10:19pm, weighing 8pounds, 3ounces. 

The first few days in the hospital were rough.  She was having a hard time keeping food in her tummy and was throwing up a lot.  After 4 days in the hospital, including one in the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit) we were able to bring her home!
